Tasting notes for Domaine Anne Gros Grands Echezeaux 2023 Magnum
To the eye – Deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose – Aromas of black cherry, violet and liquorice, lifted by a touch of undergrowth and a subtle chalky minerality.
On the palate – Velvety attack, lively acidity and fine tannins, carried by a mineral tension that extends into a long and saline finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
Vintage 2023
A vintage defined by balanced ripeness, where freshness and concentration blend in harmony.
- Aging potential: 15 to 20 years, to be kept under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
