To the eye – A velvety, dense and luminous purple robe, betraying a generous maturity and an assertive structure.
On the nose – First, sun-drenched black fruits (ripe cherry, candied plum), then gentle spices (pepper, clove), before opening up to notes of undergrowth and a saline, chalky touch.
On the palate – An ample and silky texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long and harmonious finish, where candied fruits and animal nuances intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
