The Echezeaux Grand Cru Les Loachausses 2023 in magnum, born on the limestone soils of Burgundy, is a Pinot Noir aged in barrels (80% new). Its aromas of black fruits, spices and violet combine with a fresh and mineral palate. To be kept until 2045 to complement roasted meats and game.
A family estate rooted in the heart of Vosne-Romanée, where rigor and respect for the terroir shape wines of rare elegance.
- Terroir: Limestone and stony soils of the Côte de Nuits, the cradle of Burgundy's Grands Crus, where Pinot Noir expresses its full purity.
- Winemaking: Meticulous aging in oak barrels, combining tradition and precision for cuvées with a silky structure and mineral tension.
