The grand crus from Domaine Armand Rousseau are wines built for long cellaring. Depending on the vintage and the appellation, a patience of 10 to 25 years is often rewarded with exceptional complexity and depth. The Chambertin and the Clos de Bèze reach their peak after 15 to 20 years in the finest vintages. It is advisable to store them in a cellar at a stable temperature, between 12 and 14 °C, away from light and vibrations, to preserve their full expression.
