The wines of Domaine Anne Gros, particularly its Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, are wines for the cellar that deserve special attention. It is advisable to store them at a stable temperature between 12 and 14°C, away from light and vibrations. When serving, decanting is recommended for young wines in order to allow them to open up and reveal all their aromas. The reds are ideally served between 16 and 18°C, in a glass suited to great Burgundies.
