Who is Fabrice Dodane, the winemaker behind Domaine de Saint Pierre?
Fabrice Dodane studied oenology in Beaune before joining the cooperative in Pupillin, then taking the helm of the Domaine de Saint Pierre as winemaker and manager from 1989. In 2011, he became the full owner. Deeply rooted in the Jura terroir where he was born, Fabrice Dodane has built a reputation as a craftsman of natural wine, influenced by iconic figures from the Jura such as Emmanuel Houillon and Jean-François Ganevat. His wines, recognised for their purity and sincerity, quickly won over lovers of natural wine in Paris, New York and Tokyo.
