Eye – A garnet robe with brick reflections, dense and luminous, betraying accomplished maturity and a silky texture.
Nose – Aromas of candied blackcurrant, fresh cedar, blond tobacco and burnished leather, lifted by a touch of graphite and a subtle mineral salinity.
Palate – A powerful and velvety attack, carried by smooth yet still present tannins, a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a remarkably long and persistently fresh finish.
Serve at 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
