Marcel Lapierre Morgon Cuvée Camille 2022, from a southwest-facing granite terroir, is a Gamay vinified in a wooden vat. Red fruit, minerality and silky tannins make for a precise, fresh wine. Ideal with stews or cheese; cellar for 5 to 8 years.

Tasting notes for Domaine Marcel Lapierre Morgon Cuvée Camille 2022
Appearance – A garnet-red color with deep highlights, a silky texture and a density that already hints at its complexity.
Nose – A generous bouquet of fresh black cherry, wild blackberry and a touch of violet, with a subtle chalky note and a saline hint reminiscent of Morgon’s granite.
Palate – A lively, precise opening with fine tannins and elegant acidity gives way to granite minerality and a long finish of ripe red fruit and a slight, refined bitterness.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to bring out its full aromatic richness.

A vintage marked by optimal grape ripeness, offering a perfect balance of freshness and concentration, ideal for lovers of natural, structured wines.
