To the eye: A red robe with vivid reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of morello cherry and fresh raspberry, followed by a touch of peony and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and silky tannins, giving way to a mineral and persistent finish.
Serve at 14–16°C in a medium-sized red wine glass.
