Tasting notes for Domaine Jean Foillard Morgon 2023
To the eye: A garnet red robe with silky hues, dense and luminous, like a ruby polished by time.
On the nose: First notes of morello cherry and fresh raspberry, followed by a touch of violet and white pepper, before opening onto a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a granitic minerality, extending into a long and elegant finish where red fruits and gentle spices intertwine.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to unlock its full complexity.
