The Coulée de Serrant 2024, a biodynamic Chenin Blanc by Nicolas Joly, comes from a unique schist terroir in Savennières. Aromas of ripe pear, dried flowers and minerals, an ample and saline palate carried by vibrant tension. Decant and pair with turbot or scallops.
Heir to a medieval vineyard, the estate embodies the union of a unique terroir and a demanding viticultural philosophy.
- Terroir: 7 hectares under monopole on the schist slopes of Savennières-Coulée de Serrant, where Chenin Blanc draws its legendary minerality.
- Winemaking: Radical biodynamics, indigenous yeasts, and barrel aging to reveal the pure energy of the site.
