A family estate rooted in Mauves, in Ardèche, where viticultural tradition meets the demands of an exceptional terroir.

- Winemaking: Traditional and respectful methods, combining controlled maceration and measured extraction for precise, fruity cuvées of great drinkability.
Tasting notes for the wine Pierre Gonon Iles Feray 2021
To the eye – A deep red robe with violet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a wine that is both generous and refined.
On the nose – An expressive bouquet where aromas of wild blackberries and fresh raspberries mingle, lifted by smoky notes of black pepper and grilled bacon, then more subtle touches of orange peel and star anise, all underpinned by a ferrous and saline minerality.
On the palate – A lively and crunchy attack, carried by a taut acidity and a crystalline freshness, while the dense and concentrated mid-palate reveals fine, well-integrated tannins, giving way to a long and mineral finish, marked by chalky nuances and a persistent salinity.
Serve at 15°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to bring out its purity and aromatic complexity.

- Aging potential: Best enjoyed in its youth (3 to 5 years) to appreciate its vibrant fruit and liveliness, under optimal storage conditions (stable temperature, away from light).
