In the heart of the Yonne, in Courgis, a small village nestled seven kilometres south-west of Chablis, Domaine Alice et Olivier De Moor has established itself as one of the most admired references in contemporary Burgundy viticulture. Across a vineyard of approximately ten hectares, this couple of winemaker-oenologists produces some 45,000 bottles each year of rare sincerity and precision, unanimously celebrated by lovers of great white wines. Certified in organic farming since 2005 and Ecocert-labelled since 2008, Alice and Olivier De Moor embody an exacting and humble vision of their craft: making living, upright, mineral wines that express their terroir.
