Discover Michel Laval Brut Ut Prius Pinot Meunier, an exceptional cuvée from the Michel Laval family estate in Boursault, in the Marne Valley. For five generations, this house has passionately cultivated its vines on a rich terroir, nicknamed "Champagne-Burgundy", to produce unique champagnes, now brought to life by Aurore and Florian Laval in a sustainable approach.
This brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 5.5 g/l, offering remarkable freshness and elegance. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, the region's emblematic grape variety, it is aged for over 5 years on its lees, revealing exceptional depth and complexity. This Blanc de Noirs pays tribute to Roger Laval, a great advocate of Meunier.
To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruit, such as peach and mirabelle plum, mingle with creamy, lightly toasted notes. On the palate, it offers a round texture, grapefruit flavors and a fresh, saline finish. Ideal with seafood or as an aperitif, this champagne combines tradition and refinement.
