The Cristal 2008 Jeroboam 3L by Louis Roederer comes from the Grand Cru terroirs of Champagne. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, aged 12 years on lees, it reveals notes of ripe fruits and citrus. Its silky, mineral texture captivates with its balance. To be savored until 2046, with lobster or truffled poultry.

- To the eye : A golden robe with green highlights, of a crystalline brilliance, while its fine and persistent bubbles dance with silky elegance.
- On the nose : First, notes of candied citrus — lime and pink grapefruit —, followed by ripe white fruits, toasted brioche and a saline touch, like a sea breeze over chalky cliffs.
- On the palate : A velvety, almost unctuous texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality that stretches into a remarkably long finish, where sweet spices and white flowers intermingle.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a champagne flute or a white wine glass to fully release its aromas.
