The Domaine Leroy Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Narbantons 2010, a biodynamic Pinot Noir, is born on clay-limestone soil. Red fruits, earthy notes, and spices compose its aromatic profile. On the palate, silky and mineral, it captivates with its fine tannins. To be enjoyed until 2036 alongside poultry or a venison fillet.
Nestled in the heart of Burgundy, Domaine Leroy embodies the union of a family heritage and an absolute commitment to terroir.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils on the hillsides of Savigny-lès-Beaune, where the Premiers Crus reveal a chalky minerality and a natural elegance.
- Vinification: A rigorous biodynamic approach, with barrel ageing to preserve the purity of the Pinot Noir and the tension of the fruit.
Tasting notes for Domaine Leroy Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Narbantons 2010
To the eye – A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, like liquid velvet.
On the nose – First aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by notes of violet and liquorice, before a mineral, almost saline touch comes to underline the complexity of the terroir.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, where fine tannins envelop a dense and elegant wine, carried by taut acidity and a long finish marked by accents of undergrowth and gentle spices.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full aromatic palette.
