Domaine Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot goes far beyond a simple organic label. Convinced of the benefits of the cleanest possible viticulture, Stéphane Tissot progressively converted all his vineyards to organic farming, obtaining certification in 1999, then transitioning to biodynamics from 2004 onwards. This conversion rapidly positioned the estate among the pioneers of biodynamics in the Jura, culminating in an official Demeter certification. Preparing their own composts, using herbal teas, cow horn manure or silica: everything is designed to bring the soils back to life and reveal the minerality of the terroirs.
