Yes, Domaine de Montcalmès has long been committed to environmentally responsible viticulture. After beginning its conversion to organic farming in 2012, the estate obtained its organic certification as of the 2015 vintage. The vineyard is cultivated with very low yields of 20 to 25 hectoliters per hectare, achieved through short pruning, soil plowing, and green harvesting.
