Can you deliver to my hotel or vacation rental? What information do you need?
Of course! Simply enter the address where you are staying as the delivery address on the website.
Include the following in your order comments (when selecting your delivery method):
• the name used to book your room (if you are staying at a hotel),
• your arrival and departure dates,
• a phone number where you can be reached during your stay.
Important: Please let your hotel know that your package or packages are arriving so you can be sure the front desk will accept the delivery.
How does the tax refund work? What is the minimum purchase amount, what documents do I need, and how will I be refunded?
We provide a tax refund form exclusively to residents outside the European Union who are taking their wines with them and have placed an order totaling more than €600 including tax (excluding shipping costs). Request the form in your order comments when selecting your delivery method.
We will need the following information from you:
• first and last name
• your passport number and expiration date
• your date of birth
• your nationality and country of residence
• the number and expiration date of the card that will receive your refund (without the security code)
We will prepare and print the tax refund form and include it in your package. The refund will be 12% of the total amount paid for your purchase, excluding shipping costs. Our tax refund partner will credit it to your card within a few weeks. Instructions on what to do are provided in several languages on the tax refund form.
What should I do with the tax refund form at the airport?
If you are leaving the European Union from France, simply scan the form at a PABLO kiosk before checking in your luggage.
If you are leaving the European Union from another country, have the form stamped by that country’s customs authorities before checking in your luggage. Then send it to our tax refund partner using the prepaid envelope we will also provide.
As a precaution, it is important to keep a copy or a legible photo of the stamped form before mailing the envelope.
