Pascal Cotat estate offers two emblematic white Sancerre cuvées, "La Grande Côte" and "Les Monts Damnés", both crafted from Sauvignon Blanc. La Grande Côte, on predominantly clay-limestone soils, produces full-bodied and mineral wines, while Les Monts Damnés, south-facing on a hillside with an impressive gradient, offers wines with smokier notes and a pronounced acidity.
