The Belluard estate offers several iconic cuvées, all crafted from gringet or other rare Savoyard grape varieties. Among the most sought-after are "Le Feu", a single-parcel expression on red clays considered the most complex of the estate, "Les Perles du Mont-Blanc", a 100% gringet sparkling cuvée praised for its energy and minerality, and "Les Alpes", a dry white of remarkable alpine freshness. The estate also produces a 100% altesse cuvée and a confidential red mondeuse bottled at approximately 1,000 bottles per year only.
