The Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot estate draws on all the emblematic grape varieties of the Jura vineyard. Across the 50 hectares farmed biodynamically, one finds Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trousseau for the red wines, as well as Chardonnay and Savagnin for the white wines. Each grape variety is worked plot by plot, in order to capture as precisely as possible the characteristics of each soil — blue marls, red marls, Bajocian limestones — and to produce cuvées with a clearly defined identity.
