An estate founded in 1985 by Olivier Jullien, rooted in the Terrasses du Larzac, where each cuvée celebrates the identity of the Languedoc. - Terroir: Vineyards in Hérault, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, where the Mediterranean climate and mountain influences shape wines of great precision. - Winemaking: An approach centered on expressing the terroir, with every step designed to reveal the purity of the grapes and the distinctive character of the vintage.
Tasting notes for Mas Jullien Etats d’Ames Chut 2022 white
Appearance: A clear, luminous color characteristic of dry white wines from Hérault, with the vintage’s freshness apparent at first glance. Nose: Delicate aromas combining fruity and floral notes with a mineral touch reminiscent of the soils of the Terrasses du Larzac. Palate: A dry white wine with elegant tension and a lingering finish, where freshness and minerality are in harmonious balance. Serve between 16 and 18°C.
