Tasting notes for Mas Jullien Vin d’Une Nuit 2024 Rosé
Appearance: A pale pink color with salmon highlights and a silky, luminous look.
Nose: Lively freshness of redcurrant and crisp raspberry, followed by a touch of candied citrus and a saline hint.
Palate: A gentle, elegant opening, supported by precise acidity and chalky minerality, leads to a long, saline finish of crystalline purity.
Serve at 11–14 °C in a white wine glass to bring out its full tension and freshness.

A vintage marked by preserved freshness and balanced ripeness, ideal for this exceptionally elegant rosé.
