Tasting notes for Jean-François Ganevat De Toute Beauté L24
Appearance – A deep ruby hue with garnet highlights and velvety depth, promising a generous palate and a supple elegance.
On the nose – A bouquet of fresh black cherry, crisp blackcurrant and a hint of wild blackberry, followed by a subtle saline note evocative of the Jura’s damp woodland undergrowth.
On the palate – A silky, enveloping texture supported by lively, precise acidity and an undercurrent of chalky minerality, with a long finish of lingering red fruit and a slight, pleasing bitterness.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to enhance its aromas and roundness.
