From the Terrasses du Larzac, Mas Jullien 2021 white blends Carignan Blanc, Chenin, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette grown on limestone soils. Aged in demi-muids, it offers notes of almond and lemon, a mineral palate and a silky texture. Ideal with Mediterranean fish or cheese, this dry white wine will age gracefully for more than ten years.
An emblematic estate of the Terrasses du Larzac, Mas Jullien has embodied a commitment to exceptional terroir since 1985. Each cuvée reveals the purity of the limestone soils and the elegance of Mediterranean grape varieties. - Terroir: Limestone gravel and alluvial gravels between the Hérault and the higher reaches of the Terrasses du Larzac give the wines distinctive minerality and rare tension. - Winemaking: Aging in demi-muids and neutral oak foudres, with an approach that respects natural balance, produces wines of both precision and depth.
