There are tables where you only come for the cuisine, others that you only frequent for their conviviality.
At La Pulperia, you have your cake and eat it too! One of the rare places where rather than kicking out the last customers, still in awe of a superb symphony of grilled seafood or meat, they sit down to have a drink with them. With a spontaneity as natural as many of the wines served (Drappier Nature, Valette, Courtois, etc.), the Chef, Fernando, former Ducasse and Royal Monceau, and the Gaucho-Maestro of the dining room Gonzalo, Francophile Argentinians, introduce their beautiful "pampas" specialties: ceviche with striking freshness, perfectly grilled octopus, crispy-tender sweetbreads, churrasco with a tenderness worthy of a great love, dulce de leche mousse to make Proust weep... A lively and noisy table, happy and generous, to be preferred at lunchtime if you have a small budget.
Around 20€ for lunch. Well over 50€ for dinner.
