Champagne Sauvage, Meunier Brut Nature - Famille Delouvin
6 months in stainless steel tanks and 36 months on laths in bottles, lovely meuniers well cared for, a delight for lovers of this type of Champagne, a grower Champagne par excellence!
Notes of apple, peaches, ripe apricots, almond aromas and pastry notes. Slight oxidative side that pleases or not, smoothness on the palate, all balanced thanks to beautiful minerality and freshness!
Geoffroy Delouvin is part of the tenth generation of the estate, which extends over 7.5 hectares in Vandières in the Marne, the kingdom of Meunier.
Château Galoupet Rosé
A lovely Provence rosé considered a gastronomic rosé, with great aging potential.
It can be enjoyed as an aperitif but also throughout a meal due to its complexity. Indeed, it is an organic terroir rosé, made from a blend of 6 grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Tibouren, Rolle, Cinsault and Sémillon). The nose is rich and very expressive: yellow peaches and floral notes, mango and pineapple, as well as citrus fruits like grapefruit emerge on the nose. It has body, a silky structure and a long saline finish!
To taste and discover on our site along with other rosé wines!

L'Aitonnement - Vesta
Discover the l'Aitonnement estate and its lovely cuvées (in red and white), in the heart of Savoie!
The Vesta 2021 cuvée, 100% Roussanne, is a little gem in the Chignin Bergeron appellation.
A burst of freshness, this wine is balanced thanks to beautiful acidity, aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus and apricot!
Currently -20% off in our Wine Fair! To be discovered on our site.
Domaine du Pélican - Chardonnay, Arbois 2020
Very nice chardonnay from Jura, always pleasant with a cheese platter (or also fish). White fruits, nuts, white flowers... Unique tension, finish on sweet citrus! Everything we love! The Domaine du Pélican now belongs to the Marquis d'Angerville estate, which has managed to bring its expertise to the Jura after Burgundy. A great success.

Domaine Alain Mathias, Côte de Grisey 2022
Another fine Burgundy estate on the rise! Located in Chablis, the Alain Mathias estate is expanding! Fairly classic style but with precision and good reading of different terroirs, at prices that are still accessible!
From a single Chardonnay parcel in Burgundy, this cuvée has a rich and complex nose. Floral and toasted notes and lots of yellow fruits. Organic, unfined and unfiltered. Perfect with cheeses or poultry.

Domaine Combier - Crozes Hermitage Blanc 2021
Very nice Marsanne Roussanne blend signed by Laurent Combier! A success!
Beautiful aromatic palette: acacia, pear, honeyed notes and dried fruits with a touch of vanilla from barrel aging. The mouth is all in roundness, fat dominates, but is well balanced by freshness, a long and smooth finish with flavors of honey and flowers. Decant for 2 hours and enjoy with poultry or fish!
Domaine Zuria Initiale Bonifacio, Blanc 2023
A lovely Corsica estate to discover!
Near Bonifacio, the estate blends Vermentio, Biancu Gentile and Genovese for this cuvée. White flowers, ripe fruits like peach and pear. Length, minerality and fullness: everything for great aging potential, but already tastes very good today.
This refined wine would pair perfectly with a seafood risotto.
Domaine Paul Prieur et Fils - Pieuchaud Silex, Sancerre 2022
Very beautiful Sancerre.
This Loire wine, aged in barrels has a very nice woody structure, which is felt with beautiful lightness. Very fruity, you can clearly taste peach, pear and citrus fruits with floral notes, and the finish is quite long for our greatest pleasure.

Jamet, Côte Rôtie 2013
Côte Rôtie from Jamet... A must to taste! The pope of Côte Rôtie has successfully worked his whole bunches even though the 2013 vintage is considered fresh. This is also why it already tastes good today (after 6 hours in a decanter, it's a delight).
Very deep, blackcurrant throughout, a bit of well-integrated stem, power and complexity, a true delight!
Tasted with a duck crumble, it will pair perfectly well with other powerful dishes.
Domaine de Montcalmès, Terrasses du Larzac 2021
Always a delight!
Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, already very pleasant today and can also be enjoyed wonderfully after a few years in the cellar. Muscats, black fruits, spices, already some leather. Will open up even more in a few years, excellent value for money for the Montcalmès estate, very popular in Languedoc! And perfect with real pasta carbonara!
Domaine Combier, Crozes Hermitage 2022
Combier again in the Crozes Hermitage appellation, but in red this time! A well-crafted syrah that reveals all its qualities: pepper, blackcurrant and black cherry, spices, violet... Intense and structured!
To accompany it, we prepared an orzo risotto with sun-dried tomatoes, mascarpone, parmesan and chorizo. The spicy side of the chorizo is perfect with this beautiful spicy syrah.
Another great success for this estate, to be discovered on our site!

Sylvain Pataille - Bourgogne 2020
Short trip to Burgundy to taste oeufs meurettes and snails, followed by boeuf bourguignon with a lovely Pinot Noir signed by Sylvain Pataille! Still a bit young and concentrated, this winemaker's style is always pleasant: small red fruits, cherry and raspberry, silky and mineral texture, very little sulfur and therefore a certain natural side.
To taste and find on our site.
Fonsalette 2011
A magnificent cuvée signed by Emmanuel Reynaud, who, as usual, magnificently showcases his grapes and varieties in the Southern Rhône Valley.
Fonsalette (vinified at Château Rayas) is a magnificent Côtes du Rhône cuvée. A blend of Grenache noir, Cinsault and Syrah that will never leave you indifferent.
Rich nose of ripe red fruits, floral notes of rose and wilted flowers, beautiful spices. Superb expression on the palate, silky and smooth, an endless and fresh finish. Really excellent!
Domaine Neumeyer Schaefferstein
Back to Alsace for this tasting of a lovely pinot noir. The Neumeyer estate produces many pure and organic cuvées, in red and white. Freshness, drinkability and affordable prices for this beautiful Alsatian estate! We wanted to describe one of their Alsace pinot noir.
The color is dark with purple reflections and the nose is fresh, fruity, with clear cherry and blueberry notes. On the palate, there is richness, lovely well-integrated tannins and always a beautiful fruity sensation.
Luyt Louis Antoine, Huasa de Pilen Alto - Chile
A lovely Chilean wine tasting.
No carménère this time, 100% Paìs grown at altitude! It's a natural wine aged in amphora at 11.5 degrees: we're not used to that in Chile, it's worth the detour!
It is a deep wine that reflects the characteristics of its altitude: dried rose petals, red fruits, touch of smoke and cedar, a saline finish.
It's very good and very surprising!
