Sourced from the quartziferous and marly soils of the Fronholz vineyard, the Riesling Fronholz 2023 from Domaine Ostertag is a dry white wine from Alsace, aged in stainless steel. Fresh and mineral, it reveals notes of citrus and a saline touch. Ideal with fish or asparagus, it will improve until 2034.

On the palate – A lively and taut attack, carried by precise acidity and chalky minerality, before a long and saline finish where a persistent mineral elegance takes shape.
