Discover Oudiette Filles Les Sablonnières Extra Brut, an exceptional cuvée from the Oudiette x Filles family estate in Beaunay, in the Val du Petit Morin, south of Épernay. Managed by Margot and Charlotte Laurent, this 2.5-hectare, organically farmed estate celebrates the feminine know-how and heritage of their grandmother, valorizing a unique terroir.
This Extra Brut Champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 3 g/l, offering incomparable freshness and purity. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, including some straight Pinot Noir, it comes from a 23.64-acre parcel of clay-sand soil over chalk, vinified in oak barrels and aged 36 months on lees, revealing remarkable complexity.
To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry intertwine with a touch of salt and toast. On the palate, it offers an elegant structure, a vinous texture and a graceful finish, evoking pink grapefruit and chalky minerality. Ideal with seafood or an aperitif, this Blanc de Noirs embodies the artisanal excellence of Oudiette Filles.
