This Bourgogne Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from carefully selected parcels on clay-limestone soils, providing great minerality and a striking tension.
Its pale gold hue with bright reflections signals a wine of finesse. The nose reveals aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and hazelnut, with a subtle minerality reminiscent of flint. On the palate, the attack is lively and precise, supported by a fresh acidity and an elegant texture, leading to a long, saline finish.
