Pierre Trichet Puissance Grand cru
Discover Pierre Trichet Puissance Grand Cru, an exceptional cuvée from the Pierre Trichet family estate in Trois-Puits, on the prestigious Montagne de Reims. Since 1947, this estate has cultivated 8 hectares of Premier and Grand Cru vines, notably in Verzy, with a craftsmanship that sublimates the Champagne terroir.
This brut champagne, with a light dosage of 7.8 g/l, offers a perfect balance between power and delicacy. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it comes mainly from the 2019 vintage, supplemented by 20% reserve wines from 2018. Aged for 3.5 years on lees, it reveals unique depth and complexity.
To the eye, its golden color with amber highlights seduces with its fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of Granny apple, pear and stewed fruit intertwine with spicy notes of musk and clove. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture, ripe fruit flavors such as quince and kirsch, and a long finish with hints of candied ginger. Ideal with grilled ham or cherry pie, this Grand Cru embodies the elegance and richness of the Verzy terroir.
