Pol Roger Réserve Brut non-vintage magnum, from Champagne and 30 crus around Épernay. Four years on lees bring notes of white flowers, pear, citrus and brioche. Creamy, lively and mineral on the palate, with fine bubbles. Cellar for 5 to 10 years; enjoy with oysters or fish.
Founded in Épernay in 1849, the family-owned house of Pol Roger brings a history of precision and consistency to its champagnes.
- Terroir: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from around 30 Champagne villages come together in a balanced wine combining freshness and chalky expression.
- Winemaking: The traditional method, reserve wines and four years on lees shape a brut cuvée with brioche notes and fine effervescence.
