La Parcelle Côteaux Champenois 21-22 white, from Champagne’s chalky soils, blends all seven permitted grape varieties. Fermented in old barrels, it reveals notes of ripe white fruit and dried citrus. Its mineral, silky palate charms with its balance and saline finish. Enjoy now with grilled fish or aged cheeses.
An artisanal estate founded in 2012 and rooted in the Vallée de la Marne, where Stéphanie Chevreux and Julien Bournazel cultivate a commitment to living terroir.
- Terroir: The chalky and clay-limestone soils of Barzy-sur-Marne and Connigis give rise to authentic, vibrant Champagne.
- Winemaking: A minimalist approach—indigenous yeasts, aging in old barrels, no fining or filtration—for wines of remarkable purity.
