Carré Frères Rosé 2024, a Coteaux Champenois, comes from the chalky terroirs of Trépail (Premier Cru) and Verzy (Grand Cru). This barrel-aged Pinot Noir offers strawberry and red currant aromas and a fresh, mineral palate. Ideal with summer dishes or after 2–3 years of aging.
A family estate rooted in the Montagne de Reims, where a commitment to biodynamics meets the heritage of Champagne’s great terroirs.
- Terroir: Chalky and limestone soils in Trépail (Premier Cru) and Verzy (Grand Cru), where Pinot Noir develops a balance of minerality and fruit.
- Winemaking: Aged on the lees in 300 L barrels, producing wines with silky precision and elegant tension.

Appearance: A pale pink hue with salmon highlights, crystal clear and luminous, like a glint of chalk in the light.
Nose: Fresh wild strawberry and crisp red currant, lifted by a touch of peach blossom and a hint of sweet spice—all underpinned by subtle but persistent saline minerality.
Palate: A supple, silky opening, where tangy tension traces a chalky line, while a saline, lightly spiced finish lingers elegantly.
Serve at 8–10°C in a white wine glass to preserve its freshness and aromatic complexity.
