The Bérèche et fils Côteaux Champenois Ormes Rouge Les Montées 2018 is born from the chalky soils of Ormes. This red wine, a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, is aged 18 months in barrels. Notes of cherry and kirsch, with an earthy hint. Fresh and mineral, it pairs well with white meats and refined dishes.
A family estate rooted in the Montagne de Reims since 1847, Bérèche et fils cultivates a winemaking heritage where respect for terroir comes first.
- Terroir: Chalky, clay and sandy soils of the Côteaux Champenois, shaping wines of vibrant minerality and rare elegance.
- Vinification: Natural approach, gentle macerations and aging in barrels for precise, unadorned cuvées.
