The Bérèche et fils Ormes Rouge 2019, from the Coteaux Champenois, blends 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier on clay-limestone soils. Aged 18 months in oak, it offers red fruits, a spiced touch and a mineral palate. Enjoy with poultry or cellar for 5 to 8 years.
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of the Montagne de Reims, Bérèche et fils has perpetuated a winemaking heritage since 1847, combining respect for terroir with artisanal expertise.
- Terroir : Vineyards located on the chalky and clay soils of Ormes, where altitude and slope shape grapes of mineral precision.
- Vinification : Traditional methods, wood aging and bottling without filtration to preserve the pure expression of fruit and terroir.
