This Crémant du Jura from Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot blends Chardonnay, Trousseau and Poulsard grown on clay-limestone soils. Aged on racks for 48 months, it offers fine bubbles, fruit notes and lively minerality. Ideal with seafood or for cellaring for 2–3 years.
A family estate rooted in the Jura, where biodynamics shapes wines of rare purity.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and blue marl in the Jura give the grape varieties distinctive minerality and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Traditional-method production and barrel aging create sparkling wines of precise elegance and silky complexity.
