Tasting notes for Domaine Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot Arbois Trousseau Amphore 2024
Appearance – A light red color with garnet highlights, delicate and luminous.
Nose – An expressive bouquet of tart cherry, ripe sour cherry and wild raspberry, lifted by notes of peony, white pepper and a mineral, almost chalky touch reminiscent of Triassic soils.
Palate – Vibrant and precise, with silky tannins and saline tension. Crisp fruit and elegant acidity lead to a long, fresh, lightly spiced finish.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a medium-sized red wine glass to appreciate its full purity.
2024 vintage
