A family estate rooted in the Jura hillsides, where biodynamics reveals the soul of the Arbois terroirs.

Tasting notes for André et Mireille Tissot Arbois Vin Jaune En Spois 2018
Appearance – A dense, luminous golden color with amber highlights.
Nose – Aromas of fresh walnut, candied orange peel, mild curry and woodland mushroom, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of mineral smoke.
Palate – A silky yet taut texture, driven by lively acidity and chalky minerality, extends into a long, lingering finish of spice and dried fruit.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to bring out its full complexity.
2018 vintage
A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, with grape freshness and concentration bringing out the full character of Vin Jaune.
- Aging potential: Enjoy now or cellar until 2058 under ideal conditions, at a stable temperature and away from light.
