L'Arbre Blanc Les Fesses Vent 2224 Magnum
A family estate rooted in the heart of Auvergne’s volcanic landscape, where the vines interact with a mineral-rich, living terroir.
- Terroir: Volcanic soils in Saint-Sandoux, Auvergne—a deep, chalky signature that gives each cuvée saline vibrancy and lively freshness.
- Winemaking: A natural, biodynamic approach favoring spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention to reveal the purity of the fruit and the complexity of the terroir.
Tasting notes for Vignoble de l’Arbre Blanc Les Fesses Vent 2224 Magnum
- Appearance: A golden color with green highlights and silky clarity.
- Nose: Aromas of candied lemon, elderflower, and white peach, followed by a touch of flint and subtle iodine-tinged salinity reminiscent of breezes across the volcanic hillsides.
- Palate: A creamy yet taut texture, carried by lively acidity and chalky minerality, extends into a long, saline finish where ripe citrus and acacia honey notes mingle.
Serve at 10–12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to bring out its aromatic complexity.
