L'Arbre Blanc Les Orgues Vent 2124 Magnum
A family estate rooted in the volcanic slopes of Saint-Sandoux, where vines have grown in basaltic soils for generations.
- Terroir: Auvergne’s basalt-rich volcanic soils shape wines with chalky minerality and distinctive tension.
- Winemaking: Natural methods and minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the fruit and the unfiltered expression of the terroir.
Tasting notes for L’Arbre Blanc Les Orgues Vent 2124 Magnum
Appearance: Deep red with garnet highlights and a silky, slightly hazy look, the hallmark of winemaking without additives.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh sour cherry, wild blackberry and sweet licorice, lifted by a touch of black pepper and subtle mineral salinity evoking the volcanic soils.
On the palate: A lively, precise opening, driven by taut acidity and fine tannins, gives way to a long, chalky finish with sweet spices and woodland notes.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
