Domaine L’Arbre Blanc
Nestled in the volcanic foothills of the Chaîne des Puys, this small family estate has combined a unique terroir with respectful viticulture since 2000.
- Terroir: clay, limestone, granite, and basalt soils in Auvergne, where altitude and a harsh climate shape wines of rare minerality.
- Winemaking: a natural, biodynamic approach, with spontaneous fermentation and patient barrel aging to reveal the purity of the fruit.

Tasting notes for Domaine L’Arbre Blanc Les Orgues Vent 2020 Magnum
Appearance: a deep ruby color with a silky glow.
Nose: aromas of black cherry and wild strawberry, initially fresh and airy, then joined by a touch of wild blackberry and subtle mineral salinity reminiscent of volcanic soils.
Palate: a full, velvety texture supported by lively acidity and chalky vibrancy, with integrated tannins shaping a long, precise finish marked by the purity of the terroir.
Serve at 13°C in a generously sized red wine glass to release its aromas.
2020 vintage
A vintage in which cool Auvergne nights preserved the balance between fruit and minerality, yielding a wine of great elegance.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years when stored in a cool, dark place.
