The L'Arbre Blanc Les Grandes Orgues Vent 2224, a natural Pinot Noir under IGP Puy-de-Dôme, born on the volcanic soils of Auvergne. Vinified without sulphur and barrel-aged, it offers red fruits (cherry, blackberry) and a chalky minerality. Silky and lively, it pairs with chanterelles or can be cellared for 5 to 8 years.
Vignoble de l'Arbre Blanc Nestled on the volcanic slopes of the Chaîne des Puys, this family estate passionately cultivates a unique terroir where biodynamic farming reveals the mineral soul of its wines. - Terroir: Granite and basalt soils in Auvergne, under the IGP Puy-de-Dôme appellation, shaping wines of remarkable tension and purity. - Vinification: Natural methods – whole clusters, indigenous yeasts and extended barrel ageing – for living, precise cuvées. Tasting notes for Vignoble de l'Arbre Blanc Les Grandes Orgues Vent 2224 To the eye: Deep garnet red robe with silky highlights, of a chalky density that heralds a wine both delicate and structured. On the nose: Freshness of wild strawberry and tart cherry, followed by deeper notes of wild blackberry and a saline touch, the signature of the volcanic terroir. On the palate: Velvety texture, carried by lively acidity and granitic minerality, giving way to a long, taut finish where red fruits and soft spices intertwine. Serve at 13°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to enhance its finesse. Non-vintage This cuvée, aged for more than thirty months in barrel, reveals a complexity that transcends annual climatic variations, offering a faithful expression of the estate's terroir and winemaking methods. - Ageing potential: Enjoyable now or to be cellared 5 to 8 years in a cool cellar away from light, to allow its aromas to blossom with elegance.
