Alexandre Chaillon’s Champagne Vitrail Extra Brut V21 comes from the chalky soils of the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, this barrel-vinified 2021 vintage offers a mineral palate and citrus aromas. Perfect with oysters, it can be kept until 2028.
Nestled in the heart of the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay, this family estate unites winemaking heritage with a decidedly contemporary approach. Since 2017, Alexandre Chaillon has tended his vines with exacting care, guided by respect for the terroir and a pursuit of purity.
- Terroir: The limestone, marl and clay soils of the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay shape champagnes with vibrant minerality and taut elegance.
- Winemaking: Aged in barrels and on fine lees for a precise expression that balances freshness with complexity.
