A. Bergère Brut Millésime 2013, born from the clay-limestone terroirs of Fèrebrianges and Étoges, blends Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, it captivates with its notes of brioche and chalky minerality. To be enjoyed until 2032 with oysters or a truffle risotto.
A family house rooted in Épernay since 1846, A. Bergère cultivates the art of revealing the Champenois terroir with precision and elegance.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone soils of the Vallée du Petit Morin, between Fèrebrianges, Étoges and Congy, where chalk and clay shape wines of a distinctive minerality.
- Vinification : Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks, controlled malolactic fermentation and minimal dosage to preserve the purity of the fruit and the tension of the terroir.
