This Extra Brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 2.3 g/l, highlighting remarkable freshness and tension. Its balanced blend combines 44% Chardonnay for elegance, 33% Pinot Noir for structure and 23% Pinot Meunier for roundness. Produced from the 2018 harvest, it is vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees, developing a unique complexity.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and pear mingle with floral notes and a touch of chalky minerality. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, lively acidity and a saline finish, evoking citrus fruits and brioche.
