The Brane-Cantenac 2006, a fine wine from Margaux, drawn from clay-gravel soils, blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Aged 18 months in oak barrels, it offers fine tannins, aromas of blackberry and cedar, and a mineral freshness. Perfect with a pork tenderloin after 1h30 of decanting.

To the eye: A deep garnet robe with brick-red highlights, of a dense and luminous texture, revealing a harmonious maturity.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and fresh blackcurrant intertwine with notes of peppermint, sandalwood and cedar, underlined by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate: A generous and structured attack, carried by silky tannins and a lively acidity, while a chalky minerality guides a long and elegant finish.
Serve at 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to reveal its full complexity.
