The Château Brane-Cantenac 1975, born from the gravels of Margaux, blends Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (30%) and Cabernet Franc. Aged 18 months in French oak, it reveals notes of cedar and black fruits, a silky palate and a chalky minerality. To be enjoyed until 2030 with game or aged cheeses.

Tasting notes for Château Brane-Cantenac Brane Cantenac 1975
- Eye : A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of a dense and slightly evolved texture, revealing a generous material patinated by time.
- Nose : A complex bouquet where aromas of candied blackcurrant, cedar, blonde tobacco and undergrowth intertwine, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
- Palate : A silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a still-present tannic framework, offering notes of black fruits, soft spices and a long, mineral, slightly chalky finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
1975 Vintage
A vintage marked by slow maturation and rare balance, where the freshness of the tannins combines with a deep structure, typical of the great Margaux wines.
- Aging potential : To be cellared until 2030 under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity and away from light).
