The Bruno Clavelier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 2022 reveals an elegant Pinot Noir, born on the chalky soils of La Combe d'Orveaux. Notes of black cherry, white flowers and a silky, mineral palate. Perfect with a beef tenderloin or roasted pigeon.
Domaine Bruno Clavelier
A family estate rooted in Vosne-Romanée, where Pinot Noir expresses itself with rare precision, shaped by generations of expertise.
- Terroir: Côte de Nuits, limestone and marl soils of the Premiers Crus, where minerality and elegance reveal themselves naturally.
- Vinification: a biodynamic and minimalist approach, favoring a pure expression of fruit and terroir, without artifice.
Tasting notes for Domaine Bruno Clavelier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru La Combe d'Orveaux 2022
To the eye – a deep ruby robe, silky and luminous in texture.
On the nose – aromas of Morello cherry and wild strawberry, followed by rose petals and white flowers, before a saline and chalky touch evoking the limestone subsoils of Chambolle.
On the palate – a supple, fleshy attack, carried by silky tannins, a lively acidity and a taut minerality, leading to a finish of precise and elegant length.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
Vintage 2022
A vintage defined by generous ripeness, where the balance between fruit and freshness expresses itself with remarkable harmony.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
